Obesity? What is going on People?
This is seriously a huge issue and concern, I’m passionate about. Everywhere I look. I see more and more people who are blowing up with fat. I know we as humans seem to follow what other people do, but seriously just because a few people with a little jingle in their jeans decided to get fat. Does not mean the world needs to follow in pursuit.
I don’t think I need to go into all the health risks and facts associated with being overweight and obese. Get off Face-book, quit watching lame reality television and Google Obesity and start to educate yourself. Being overweight shows a tremendous amount about your motivation and habits. I see so many women and men that would be so beautiful if they could slim down. (not saying you’ re not beautiful fat) or ( you don’t have a loving heart) This goes for men as well.
I am a single 32-year-old male who looks for women that take good care of themselves, because when I decide to get married. Marriage is an investment and I want to make the right investment. Also when it comes to sex.. It would be nice to engage in all the positions, right? Missionary gets old, but that is what your limiting yourself too.
This is a serious epidemic for the whole world to take very serious. Especially young children developing diabetes.
Just because everyone is doing it, doesn’t mean you have to as well.
Work Harder, put down the Kardashians. Stop updating status on FaceWaster. My FB and Twitter are on autopilot.
Physical fitness and diet is key to longevity. You will enter into a new realm of life that will be so full filling and you will have energy and a glow you desire to see. “Be the change you want to see” Learn to take care of yourself and preserve your life so you can sit in front of the computer for another 50 years.
