Use some Foresight and tighter regulations overseeing the lending and lets start another CountryWide. Lets capture the majority of broke people in this world. Which is most of  the world and give everyone $1,000,000. Now you have given and created opportunity for all Americans. Americans will either sink or swim.  Do not threaten people, let Americans who paid in considerably to draw from their social security, Medicaid without out threats of eliminating these important programs for every hard-working American.  Have private sectors start pouring money into infrastructure, solar, public transit systems.  Start Immediately on High Speed Rail Systems.

The fact of the matter is, Recycle what we already did to this economy.  Why? Because it’s all just going to go back into the Box.
